Return Policy
You are eligible for a return if you can prove that an incorrect product, medicine, or item different from your original order was delivered. If you want to return a product due to a prescription change advised by your doctor, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. To request a return, please call our helpline or file a complaint through our website or hotline.
Customers must provide proof that Biomed Online Pharmacy delivered the wrong item, which is required for audit purposes.

Important Return Conditions:
Customers are requested to open the package in front of the delivery rider.
Any issues must be reported immediately.
Post-delivery complaints regarding item accuracy, quantity, or expiration will not be accepted.
If a third party receives the delivery, they must check the items properly.
Customers should sign the delivery invoice; otherwise, return claims may not be accepted.
Return requests must be made within 6 hours of receiving the item.
Our team will arrange pickup within 24 to 72 hours.
For prescription changes, a valid updated prescription must be provided within 30 days of receiving the item.

Return Charges:
If the return is due to Biomed’s error, there is no return or delivery charge.
If the customer wants a replacement along with the return, new delivery charges apply.
If the return is due to a customer error (e.g., wrong order, invalid prescription), the customer must bear delivery charges and a 7.5% service charge will be deducted from the refund.
After receiving the returned item, our team will verify its resalable condition.
If the item is not eligible for return, no refund will be issued.

Items Not Eligible for Return:
Opened, used, or damaged items
Broken seals or damaged packaging
Items marked as “non-returnable”
Vaccines, insulin, or temperature-sensitive products
Items without serial/UPC/barcode
Damaged due to misuse
Items without original packaging

Exchange Process
Customers must provide the following information:
Name and quantity of returned medicine
Invoice of returned item
Previous and updated doctor prescriptions
The call center agent will process the request and notify the customer once approved.

Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed in the following situations:
If a customer places and pays for a wrong order
If Biomed fails to supply the ordered item
For courier charges, the higher of ৳140 will be deducted
Refunds will be processed within 1 to 7 working days
In case of technical issues, the customer will be informed accordingly
Refunds will be made via the same payment method used

Biomed Online Pharmacy Team ভুলের কারণে রিটার্নের সঙ্গে গ্রাহক নতুন কোন অর্ডার করতে চাইলে, সেই অর্ডারের ডেলিভারি খরচও লাগবে ।
গ্রাহকের পক্ষ থেকে কোনো ভুলের কারণে (যেমন ভুল অর্ডার, অবৈধ প্রেসক্রিপশন, অতিরিক্ত ওষুধ ফেরত দিতে চাইলে) গ্রাহককে রিটার্ন আইটেমের ডেলিভারি খরচ বহন করতে হবে এবং 7.5% সেবাশুল্ক কর্তন করা হবে রিফান্ডের পরিমাণ থেকে।
রিটার্ন আইটেমটি অফিসে ফেরত পাওয়ার পর, Biomed Online Pharmacy Team আইটেমটি পরীক্ষা করবে এবং এটি পুনরায় বিক্রয়ের উপযোগী কিনা তা নিশ্চিত করবে।
যদি আইটেমটি ফেরতযোগ্য না হয়, তাহলে কোনো রিটার্ন পরিমাণ প্রদান করা হবে না।

রিফান্ডের অনুরোধ নিম্নলিখিত পরিস্থিতিতে প্রক্রিয়া করা হবে:

Indications

Hyperoxi is a mild antiseptic used on the skin to prevent infection of minor cuts, scrapes, and burns. It may also be used as a mouth rinse to help remove mucus or to relieve minor mouth irritation (e.g., due to canker/cold sores, gingivitis). Hyperoxi works by releasing oxygen when it is applied to the affected area. The release of oxygen causes foaming, which helps to remove dead skin and clean the area. Hyperoxi should not be used to treat deep wounds, animal bites, or serious burns.

Pharmacology

Hydrogen peroxide is an oxidising agent with antibacterial and antiviral activity. It is used as an antiseptic, disinfectant, and deodorant. It also has a mild haemostatic action. It exerts its antiseptic action partly by its ready release of oxygen when applied to tissues, but this effect is reduced in the presence of organic matter. The mechanical effect of effervescence may be more useful for wound cleansing than the antimicrobial action.

Dosage & Administration

Follow all directions on the product package. If you are uncertain about any of the information, consult your doctor or pharmacist. Do not use in the eyes or apply over large areas of skin.

If you are using this product on the skin, clean the affected area before use. Apply a small amount of product on the affected area, usually 1 to 3 times daily or as directed by your doctor. If you apply a bandage after using this product, let the area dry first.

If you are using this product as a mouth rinse, mix with an equal amount of water before using. Swish in the mouth over the affected area for at least 1 minute, then spit out. Do not swallow this product. Rinse up to 4 times daily or as directed by your dentist or doctor.

Use this product regularly in order to get the most benefit from it. To help you remember, use it at the same time(s) each day.

Tell your doctor if your condition does not improve in 7 days or if it worsens. If you think you may have a serious medical problem, seek immediate medical attention.

Interaction

If you are using Hyperoxi under your doctor’s direction, your doctor or pharmacist may already be aware of any possible drug interactions and may be monitoring you for them. Do not start, stop, or change the dosage of any medicine before checking with your doctor or pharmacist first. Keep a list of all your medications with you, and share the list with your doctor and pharmacist.

Contraindications

Inj or instillation of hydrogen peroxide into closed body cavities.

Side Effects

Irritating burns on the skin and mucous membranes (strong solutions); reversible hypertrophy of the papillae of the tongue with continued use as mouthwash; gas embolism, rupture of the colon, proctitis, ulcerative colitis and gangrene of the intestines have occurred following colonic lavage with Hyperoxi solution.

Pregnancy & Lactation

This product is safe to use during pregnancy. It is unlikely that this product passes into breast milk. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.
